Hard solution to improper parking behaviour

Destruction. All right, maybe I overreacted just a little bit, but earlier today I finally had it: lately, my neighbour opposite has been very creative in finding the most possible ways to park in annoying and illegal ways. Enough is enough. I called an officer in the RDAF. He owed me a very big favour for certain reasons (the unsavory details of which I will spare the readers from, since this blog is PG-13 and not R-rated), and I must say, he paid me back.
